Honor Your time

Please give yourself plenty of time so that you can arrive relaxed and ready for your treatment. We suggest you arrive at least 15-20 fashionably early minutes before your treatment to check in, change clothes, and perhaps take a muscle-loosening sauna before your treatment. As a courtesy to others, please remember that if your treatment is delayed because of late arrival, it will end as scheduled so that the next guest isn’t inconvenienced.

Help Us Out

We appreciate your respect of our 24-hour and 48-hour cancellation policy. There will be a full charge for changes and non-cancelled appointments within 24-hours for single treatments and 48-hours for multiple or couples treatments. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of these policies.

What to wear

You will receive a spa robe and slippers to wear between treatments and a locker for your personal belongings. Please disrobe to your level of comfort. Undergarments may be worn during treatments, but rest assured our therapists are highly trained in correct draping procedures for your complete privacy.

Health Matters

Please inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking your appointment. These include: high blood pressure, heart condition, allergies or pregnancy. You will also be asked to complete a medical history form upon arrival  so your therapist can safely customize your experience to your needs.

Ikigai Holistic gift certificates, membership options and series packages are available for purchase online through our website or at the spa. Your gift of wellness can be beautifully wrapped for Holidays or any special occasion and picked up or mailed. Gift certificates, Series Packages options may not be redeemed for cash, transferred or replaced if lost or stolen. Series Packages cannot be exchanged for other services, are non-refundable, non-transferable and expire one year from date of purchase. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
